Buick is raising the bar in the premium compact crossover segment. This luxury carmaker has recently unveiled the 2021 Buick Envision, offering a more refined style and fresh technologies to make it a more appealing option for those looking for a small SUV.
“The all-new 2021 Envision is part of Buick’s strategy to grow its family of premium SUVs,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of Global Buick and GMC. “It joins the new 2020 Encore GX, which offers safety, functionality, and styling tailored around the size and space preferences of today’s small and compact SUV buyers.”
For the 2021 model year, the Envision will come with the brand’s first ever 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It will give you access to a range of in-vehicle apps, including Amazon Alexa, Spotify, Pandora, and Fox Sports. Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ smartphone integration will also be included.
Along with these connective technologies, this premium compact SUV will also come with a range of standard safety technologies. This includes:
- Automatic Emergency Braking
- Front Pedestrian Braking
- Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning
- Forward Collision Alert
- Following Distance Indicator
- Rear Park Assist
- Safety Alert Seat
- HD Rear Vision Camera
Under the hood of the Envision, you will find a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. More information about the Envision will be released later this year. In the meantime, learn more about other Buick vehicles and technologies at College Chevrolet Buick!
