2016 Chevy Camaro Performance Package and Accessories

2016 Chevrolet Camaro

2016 Chevy Camaro – Coming Soon to College Chevy!

It was announced in October that with the sixth generation of one America’s favorite muscle car comes the Camaro performance package, which aims to give Camaro drivers more options for customization and to improve its abilities as a sports car.

The performance package is backed by Chevrolet, so your warranty won’t be in jeopardy if you install the package on your car; all the parts in the package have been carefully tested by the Camaro team to make sure they fit perfectly with the car.

The brand new Camaro has a max of 455 horsepower without the performance package and a 6.2-liter V8 engine at its higher trims. The Camaro performance package includes a wide range of accessories including a performance exhaust, which enhances the sound and appearance of the Camaro, as well as a suspension-lowering kit that lowers the vehicle to make ride quality better and increase performance.

A performance brake package and air intake increase braking performance and make the car more aerodynamic. A range of engine covers are also offered with the Camaro for maximum style.

2016 Chevrolet Camaro Rendering Shows Off in White

2015 Chevrolet Camaro rendering

Before automakers release new designs, many car enthusiasts like to imagine what the new car will look like—this is called rendering. Recently, artist chazcron on the Camaro6 forum, released a new 2016 Chevrolet Camaro rendering, and it is one sharp looking design in white.

The design is based on the heavily-camouflaged 2016 Camaros that have been spotted driving around the streets. Once revealed, the new design is expected to be sleeker and smaller than the current design and will be based on the Cadillac ATS platform. It’s also likely that the new Camaro will have more engine options.

It’s possible Chevrolet could reveal the all-new Camaro at the upcoming North American International Auto Show in a few weeks in Detroit. Or, the automaker could wait a little longer and show it off in New York City in April.

What do you think of this Camaro rendering? What design elements and options do you hope to see in the new Camaro?
