Using the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study, Buick was ranked the highest among mass-market brands. This is a huge honor as this ranking was decided upon by customer satisfaction.
J.D. Power studied responses from people who have owned their Buick vehicle one to five years. The survey honed in on the following areas: service quality, service initiation, service advisor, service facility, and vehicle pick-up. Buick ranked the highest among the other brands studied.
